SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Sanxing Machinery supplies products to customers worldwide. Delivery terms may vary depending on the product, destination country, and agreed Incoterms.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation and order verification.

  • Production lead times will be communicated during the quotation or order confirmation stage.

  • Custom-built equipment may require additional manufacturing time.

 

Shipping Methods:

We may ship by:

  • Sea freight

  • Air freight

  • Express courier

Other logistics methods agreed with the customer

 

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by:

  • Production schedules

  • Customs clearance

  • Port congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Local regulations

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local regulatory charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. Any visible damage or shortages should be reported to the carrier and to Sanxing Machinery within 7 days of delivery.
