Series Overview:

  • Vapour-Phase seal structure: The mechanical seal only comes into contact with air and not with grinding media or slurry, which greatly extends the mechanical seal's life and significantly reduces the maintenance rate.

  • Suitable for applications involving solvent media, preventing material oxidation and solvent evaporation pollution.

  • Screenless: Dynamic centrifugal particle separation system, no clogging, no need to clean the screen or particles.

  • The materials for the grinding cavity and components can be customized according to customer requirements: zirconium oxide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, polyurethane, alloy steel, etc.

  • Zirconium beads with a diameter of φ0.1∼1.5mm can be used to achieve controllable grinding at the micron, submicron, and nanometer levels.

  • Suitable for ultrafine grinding of materials such as silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, titanium carbonitride, tungsten carbide, and MLCC.
