SD-Series Dual-Power Vertical Sand Mill

Dual-motor, dual-shaft drive structure with independent speed control for the stirring rotor and separating turbine, providing greater flexibility and process optimization.

The speed of the separating turbine can be adjusted through frequency control of the auxiliary motor according to the size of the grinding media, significantly improving separation efficiency and product quality.

Advanced vapor-phase sealing structure ensures that the mechanical seal only contacts air rather than grinding media or slurry, greatly extending seal service life and reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs.

Screenless design with a dynamic centrifugal particle separation system eliminates screen clogging, reduces downtime, and removes the need for screen cleaning or replacement.

The stirring rotor speed can be precisely adjusted through variable-frequency control of the main motor, allowing the equipment to meet different process and production requirements.

Independently driven separation turbine enables accurate adjustment of classifying wheel speed based on grinding media size, ensuring more efficient separation of ultrafine grinding media from processed materials. 

Designed for high-performance nanometer-scale grinding, the mill can achieve particle sizes in the range of 50–20 nm using grinding media with diameters of Ø0.1 mm, Ø0.05 mm, and Ø0.03 mm.
